A good restaurant. The atmosphere is very calm, the music with the low volume. The waitress is very attentive. I really liked it because you can order a stew to share, it costs €25 plus a supplement of €6 for the other person. The food was very good, the chickpeas, pedrosillanos, soft, the meat, tasty, the noodle soup very good, the bread, spectacular. For dessert we had delicious homemade custard. The stew plus two drinks and bread came out for €36. It is very well priced. I recommend it. Beautiful and cozy place, within the town of Castrillo, to eat cocido maragato. The owner's attention has been spectacular, adapting to the needs of one of our diners, despite having a short menu. Es el primer restaurante a la entrada del pueblo de Castrillo de los Polvazares, un lugar con un ambiente fresco y moderno, muy cuidado, con una cocina exquisita que ofrece su famoso cocido maragato. Andrea, la persona que lo gestiona, es muy amable y servicial. Tienen un servicio de entrega a domicilio del cocido maragato. Sin duda, es un lugar muy recomendado, y seguramente volveremos.
