Yesterday I went to pick up an order that was quite expensive. My family had placed the order over an hour ago, but when it arrived, it still wasn't ready. The two women who served me had a very bad attitude. I explained that I was there to pick up the order and gave them the name it was under. They seemed annoyed and unhelpful. When I asked them what was in the bag, one of the women rudely told me it was a fatty barbecue. I asked for more information, but she ignored me completely. I ended up cancelling the order, but they still charged me almost $200 for it. As I was leaving, a woman came out yelling at me in the parking lot. It was clear that they did not have any regard for customer serv...
Food from this restaurant has always been good. Today, I had an unpleasant experience. I placed an order for pick up, I was told 35 minutes. Arrived 45 minutes later, food was not ready. Waited for over 20 minute. While waiting, I noticed 2 of the waitresses with masks down sitting down and talking while wrapping up utensils( I think these are the ones given to customers). They were also sitting down with a customer and he was eating (no mask of course). This of course, not social distancing. Making these observations make me wonder what the guidelines are while staff is cooking the food. I’m hoping they have masks on. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and things like this make scare.
I didn't know this place was aimed for towards drinking (Cantina style). We came in for dinner with my fam bam and sat down and ordered by 8:00 pm, we got out food closer to 9:30 pm. I understand if they are busy and can't really do much without cooks (or so I thought was the problem, nobody ever said anything why they were taking so long). When the food finally came out, it was NOT worth the wait. I ordered the Lomo Saltado and it's probably the worse meal I've ever had in my restaurant experience. They were clearly shorthanded, that's why I didn't give them lower than 3 stars since I understand, but I won't be coming back.
I ordered food for pick up. I was told it would be ready in 20 min. I didn't get my food until 45 min. I only got it because I spoke with the manager and he went inside the kitchen and got it himself. I didn't receive an apology or anything for the long wait. Food was ok . The pupusas could use more flavor and filling on the edge. The flan was bland . It was very small and I didn't finish it because it was so bland. Disappointed overall

Awesome chimichanga. Asked for it extra crispy and was not disappointed. Complete with beans and rice w veg. Even came with sour cream AND some badass fresh guac.Ordered to-go at 7:40pmDidn’t receive the food until after I asked the manager... forty minutes later.Wasn’t offered water or anything while I waited.
Absolutely most amazing food and service! All of the items we had were fresh and delicious with big portions! Very relaxed atmosphere great music. Thank you to all the staff that made our experience memorable!

Wow.. I was so hungry..got me a shell chicken salad...it had an amazing tast...so much chicken.. I walked away a full chicken ?

Fun, lively place. The food is good and authentic. This would be a great place to watch a soccer match.
Wonderful food very nice staff. We got the special #1 for two and were super impressed.
