This is an awesome place to grab some Mexican food within walking distance of Piedmont Hospital! The staff was fantastic, and the bartenders were spot on! I didn’t give it 5 stars because I was really hoping for some Horchata, but the food was delicious! The restaurant’s layout also had a great vibe! Fantastic service and high-quality food! This is a perfect spot for lunch or dinner. The outdoor seating is lovely, and the service is consistently efficient. Whenever I crave Mexican cuisine in the Midtown Buckhead area, this restaurant is always at the top of my list.
I always enjoy visiting El Azteca! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is outstanding. We never have to wait too long to be served, and the drinks are always refreshing. It's one of our favorite go-to places!

The hot chips and tortilla soup here are fantastic! The Speedy Gonzales is a lunchtime favorite of mine. Don’t miss out on trying a guava frozen margarita. The service is always quick and efficient.
Wait staff can get overwhelmed when it's crowded. And it's often crowded because the food is GREAT! Tremendous value.
Lunch would have been a lot better if the waiter paid more attention to me but his other worker never showed up
