El Bálamu - Reserva de mesa

Pescado con una textura espectacular. ¡Mis felicitaciones al cocinero! Es capaz de lograr el punto y el sabor sin camuflarlo detrás del aceite o el ajo. Puro y excelente. El precio es alto, pero vale la pena de vez en cuando darse un capricho. Los camareros y camareras son amables y atentos; muy pendientes, sin ser empalagosos. El ambiente es tranquilo. Lamentablemente, las ventanas del mirador no las pusieron sin reflejos, lo que impide disfrutar del puerto y hace que se vea solo las paredes del local. En cualquier caso, intentaremos repetir, aunque sea difícil reservar una mesa.

Encontramos esta taberna-restaurante en el puerto, y recomiendo hacer una reserva con antelación. Tiene vistas al puerto, pero lo mejor, sin duda, es la calidad del pescado. Son tan grandes que se sirven para compartir. Entre cuatro personas pedimos medio lubina y media dorada de un tamaño impresionante. A la parrilla, solo con aceite y sal, acompañado de guarnición... muy fresca, el mejor pescado que hemos comido en nuestras vidas. El precio es bastante alto, digamos que está bien para darse un capricho.
