In this place you can find plenty options of drinks. Most of them are made of coffee; but, if you do not like coffee, they offer tea or other beverages. There are also some desserts and cakes; The Red velvet is very tasty. Prices are quite good, too. Sometimes music is not too loud; thus, this place might be perfect for a short talk or recess. At times it is very crowded especially on Wednesdays when they host an Engish club which is an excellent opportunity to practice the language and to get contact with speakers of English in case you are a tourist in town or a lover of languages. However, it is usually difficult to find a place to park. Also, they only accept cash. There are ATMs nearby.
Un lugar agradable para disfrutar de un delicioso y elaborado café con una variedad de métodos que puedas imaginar. Café caliente, café frío, café glaciar, café con diferentes preparaciones, pastel de queso, pastel de zanahoria, pastel de café y otras exquisiteces. En este lugar puedes disfrutar de un buen café con un pastel o cualquier otra opción mientras te relajas o lees un buen libro. Un buen lugar si quieres venir con tus amigos y charlar con una buena bebida fría o caliente. Tiene un entorno hermoso donde te sentirás cómodo en cualquier momento debido a la buena ventilación del aire.
Our guide recommended this cafe which was conveniently only a couple blocks from our hostel, and we made a point of going there before we left Pereira. The baristas were super friendly and explained the menu, coffee options and brewing methods and answered all of our questions. We had an iced coffee and two different pour-overs which were all delicious, as well as a slice of carrot cake, and we bought some of the honey whiskey beans to take home. The cafe is also beautifully designed and a very pleasant place to relax.
Voy allí todos los días por mis ensaladas de almendras y me encanta todo. Los niños que trabajan allí son serviciales y realmente respetuosos con el medio ambiente, el lugar está limpio y siempre con buena energía, el mejor café de la ciudad donde profesionalmente añaden al ya buen producto. ¡Es un lugar perfecto para tener un ataúd y trabajar, leer, charlar o simplemente relajarse! en este día tienen un libro a la venta y es un libro interesante, leí allí entre uno y otro tarde. I stayed in Pereira for a few weeks and went to El Barista at least 6 times. My coffee was always perfect. I tried the cold brew once -- it came served in a large wine glass, very cool. It opens at 2pm and is a quiet spot in the afternoon to read or work on your computer and drink coffee. Or just lazily gaze out at the nice view. I went in the evening once and this place really comes alive. Every table inside and out was filled. Live music, great desserts, alcoholic beverages.

Fuimos aquí a tomar un café por la mañana y nos sentamos afuera en las mesas de la terraza en la acera frontal. Era una calle lateral tranquila justo al lado de la estación de tren principal, así que era bastante pacífico. Los cafés (Capuchino y Latte) llegaron en aproximadamente 5-10 minutos, así que el servicio no fue terriblemente rápido. El café estaba bien porque sabía un poco débil, pero por lo demás estaba bueno.
¡Mejor experiencia! Mi amigo y yo estamos visitando desde los Estados Unidos. Hicimos la clase de Barista con Sebastián y Yesid. ¡Lo mejor que hicimos en Colombia en nuestras 3 semanas de viaje! ¡El mejor café, ambiente y servicio!
