Very unpleasant place. I can't believe they have more than 3 stars here and that's why we went. (On Yelp they only have one star). The service and food are not recommended at all.The waitress made a face at us when we asked for a Coca-Cola. I had to change my food order three times because they told me there wasn't anything I ordered.The roast beef arrived undercooked and tough. My husband's roast beef was still red and we returned it. They brought her back almost burned. It was a horrible experience and I can't believe we wasted our money there.
I went to that place because they advertise the pupusas for a dollar if you buy more than a dozen, but they are only the ones with beans and chicharrón, if you order others they give them to you for 2 dollars, the service is bad and the location too, there are many homeless people around asking you for money, and the location is very disappointing, I definitely do not recommend it, I ordered 6 bean pupusas and 6 pork rinds, and they gave me pure bean pupusas, but it was not worth going back to complain to them. I will never return.
I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. They changed the prices on us multiple times and added extra fees, even though we ordered nothing special—just basic dishes. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible, with staff exhibiting rude behavior. I love pupusas and Salvadoran cuisine, but I cannot tolerate this kind of atmosphere. Please don't take advantage of your customers!
Worst customer service ever. The female who answered the telephone belongs in a kennel. I have been in customer service for more than 10 years. Would never disrespect a customer the way she did me. I will not have my people of my city treated this way. DONT ORDER FROM HERE! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This place has very good homemade authentic food. It may take just abit more for the food to cook but it's very well done and delicious. I highly recommend this place.
The food was nasty bad Service .. The cashier was Charging us more .. Even extra charge for other food i did not order.!!
We came from Iowa and tried the breakfast plater, it was ok, but I don't recomend it.
