This review is based only on their birria de chivo. I did not try anything else.Had the craving for birria recently, but our usual place was not answering their phone. They tend to close a bit earlier than their stated hours, which is understandable during covid.Found this place listed, had enough good reviews, so we thought we'd take a chance. So glad we did. Ordered the birria in consume, homemade tortillas, side of beans, and all the extras (lime, onions cilantro, salsa).The birria has so much dept and flavor, the homemade tortillas were excellent, the beans a little plain, but fine, and their red salsa was hot and smokey. Food is still amazing. The owner is still at it working. Very nice person. I moved away and he still remembered me 4-5 years later when I visited.
