El Changarro - Reservar una mesa

I paid 6$ for legit one scoop of rice and one scoop of beans . Legit one scoop. Smallest over priced portion ever I damn near paid for the whole bag of rice to get one scoop. Not going back. I’d rather take a further drive elsewhere like Noras in south Philly their tacos and food are beyond anyway. And will get large portions for cheaper elsewhere ?.

My wife and I always enjoy eating at El Changarro! The food, the service and the atmosphere are very good! I love to eat their tortas. We recommend this lovely restaurant @100%!
