El Chevere - Reserva de mesa

This restaurant has been a longtime favorite of mine since it opened around 20 years ago. The food is absolutely incredible. I highly recommend the Pollo a la brasa (rotisserie chicken), which is flavorful and juicy. The chaufa mixto (a mix of beef and chicken with Latin-style fried rice) features a generous portion of meat, but be careful not to overload it with rice. And I can't forget to mention the Chicha morada (purple corn juice) – it's the perfect way to complete the meal. Don't forget to add some of the green hot sauce; you definitely won't regret the visit!

Got my order wrong and food was slightly cold. Microwaved and it was good to go. First time this has happened there so no big deal
