El Chorro Lodge.

Granted it was Friday night and they had only been open a couple of weeks, but the service was awful and the food not much better. The waitress smiled through the whole fiasco like she felt she was doing a good job. Ignorence is bliss. Wait was so long we had to go the bar ourselves (as did others around us). We waited over a half hour for service, were given an out of date menu, the water never arrived, wine carafe delivered without a glass, hamburger was raw, cheese plate had two pieces of cheese. Very bad experience.

An oldie but goodie, local place to fine dine and romance your sweetie. Be sure to try the French fried lobster on the luscious patio or the cheese spread in the cowboy style bar. The daily happy hour cannot be beat!!! Joe Miller and his wife do an outstanding job and make every customer feel like family.

I've dined here for both dinner and brunchperfect place to entertain and get a flavor of an Arizona setting with it's beautiful outdoor patio.

When you first arrive at El Chorro, expectations are high because of its location, it's valet ($6) service, and its entrance/atmosphere.
