One of the worst dining experiences ever! We ordered the chateaubriand which you cook yourself on a small BBQ at the table. The first time they forgot to put oil on it so the steak was sticking to it and ruined so we asked for another one which then had too much oil on it and came cold so we had to sit there for 15 mins waiting for it to heat up and by then the sides were cold and the steak was too oily when we could eventually cook it. As for the sides we got FROZEN chips and a lame cheap salad, something which you would expect to get at one of the tacky seafront restaurants but not in a so called grill house. We had to ask for water twice and also had to ask them for a serviette which we didn't get. All of this for a very high price. We left extremely disappointed and ruined our last night in Tenerife which we were so looking forward to. The couple next to us also had a bad experience and they got the wrong dishes twice!! Avoid this place at all costs. I'm by no means fussy but this place was exceptionally terrible.
So, so disappointed. I have been to this restaurant three times before and loved the service and food so decided to take my friend here. The man at the door seemed very standoffish. I tried to explain that I had unfortunately dropped my face mask en route to the restaurant and asked if he had any spares to which he answered no. You can 't come in here without a mask . We thought his response was a little rude but we thought oh well. So we walked to the nearest shop (5 mins) to buy one. My friend went back with her mask and asked for a table to which the waiter replied no reservation no entry, we 're full . The restaurant was not full. Possibly due to covid? I just really disliked this mans attitude. He could 've told us they were full before we went away to buy masks. No apology either.
Todo muy rico! El lugar fantástico! La comida excelente! Queremos volver pero no hay manera de comunicarnos en el número que está en google! La vez anterior el hotel tropical nos realizó la reserva, ahora dicen que no pueden. Cómo es posible hacer una reserva para personas ? Gracias saludos!
