El Coyote - Reserva de mesa

I am currently basking in the glow of one of the most epic and glorious Mexican meals I’ve ever enjoyed. The drinks and food were generous in size, deliciously and lovingly made, and full of pleasant surprises. This place doesn’t look like much from the outside—and don’t let the taxidermies coyote scare you—because the inside has a wonderful, warm, welcoming vibe. Wait staff was swift and attentive, and we were even treated to complimentary mulled wine on a chilly day at the end of the meal. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

We went for lunch on a Saturday. The waiter was really good and explained the choices really well.We ended up getting a couple of Enchiladas, House special margarita and beers.It was a great combination. It is a big place inside and staff were a pleasure to deal with. Kid-friendliness: We found some families having a good time with the kids. It is a big place. Parking: Good parking in the strip mall area

This is the best Mexican restaurant in town. The food is delicious, authentic, and so flavorful. Generous portions and courteous staff. Highly recommend anything with steak, quesadillas, fajitas, and nachos. The salsa is phenomenal. The margaritas are good too!

We found this wrapper in our sauce.. disgusting. The taco was a hard shell that became super soggy and the tostones I got were stale and dry.. never coming back.

Maybe the food is better when you eat in. Chimichanga we ordered was supposed to be fried and was not. Some of the rice was hard. Plantains were not made fresh.
