My son really likes the pressed chicharron gorditas but the last time I bought him he was very happy until he started eating and it turns out that it had chili and tomato (he doesn't eat chili) Why did they make that change? It's fine if there are people who want them that way but why not put each gordita (if they ask for it that way) or make all the pots, one original (plain) and the other with chili and tomato, what a disappointment to see the face of my son who was left wanting to eat their fatties
I was pleased with the lady who serviced me. She was kind and courteous and patient with me as I placed my order. I was not happy that my to go order came a brown paper bag. Especially since I saw to go boxes in the kitchen. Also, almost all my fries were burnt. Not sure if this is how they normally handle take out orders but I was pretty disappointed with that. The restaurant itself had an inviting and authentic vibe and it was clean.
The shredded burritos and the pressed chicharron gorditas are my favorite food here, now I went back to buy the same delicious burrito but the gordita now had tomato and jalapenos and well that kind of took away the flavor of the chicharron... I wish there was only the pressed pork rinds again and that's it Why change something that was already perfect? As they say here if it's not broken why fix it Service: Take out
Some of the best burritos I’ve had in the Chicagoland area. They make their own flour tortillas. I had the green chili pork and the shreeded beef, both phenomenal and similar to places I’m used to previously living in Texas. They’re also only $5-6 per burrito and they don’t fill it up with beans/rice. It’s all meat. The green/red salsas are also fire. Service: Take out

Our waitress Diana was so sweet and accommodating when taking our orders the evening we visited. The food was really good and amazingly priced as well. I am definitely making this one of my top spots to visit with friends for a quick bite
Gorditas look big but are only filled halfway. Rice also taste like it’s packaged rice. Best part of my meal was the hot sauce.
