Tenía una tarea, encontrar un lugar para cenar en Figueres. Algo que pudiera satisfacer a un niño de 4 años, a uno de 11 años y a adultos. ¡El Dynamic cumplió perfectamente con este requisito! Las tapas eran increíbles para mi esposa y para mí, la ensalada César con pollo y las hamburguesas La Monturiol fueron perfectas para la hermana y el cuñado, respectivamente, y las hamburguesas de queso (añadir nuestro propio queso fue genial) y los burritos de pollo completaron los platos principales para los niños. Burrata Salas is very fresh and delicious. Small calamari was so-so, and it was not as crispy as we expected. I ordered a burger with Foie Gras and Apple compote, but the foie gras is cold which is a bit too much contrast with the ground beef...Apple compote is more on the sweet type than sweet-sour type, and it didn’t really balance out the greasiness from the burger. The side is very greasy. The fries are very thin and absorbed a ton of oil... Service was terrible. Our waitress insisted that we order drinks first even though we mentioned that we are really hungry and would prefer to have some snacks first.
When the English think of pork shoulder it conjures up Sunday roasts with meaty slabs of pork being cut from a rolled joint no such thing here the most meltingly pleasurable Spanish cured pork one might have the privilege of placing on the most crusty of artisan breads infused with olive oil and garlicky tomato one can imagine, then the taste! If I was a religious person I’d thank my choice of god that I stumbled upon this bar in Figueres. Sublime meat, tomato and bread combination elevated to an existential experience. Extraordinary find in an extraordinary place try it you will not regret. Salut
El Dynamic belongs to a wonderful group of 5 daily restaurants operated by the same family, not the mention that the 6th one in Roses, opened in the beginning of June 2019. All of them have the same good quality food with different styles of menus of Spain and international styles. El Dynamic takes place at the heart of Figueres and serves a wide range of dishes to satisfy both single guests or crowded families with their excellent menus.

¡Realmente bueno! Pedimos algunas tapas por la tarde. Los espárragos con parmesano, croquetas de parmesano, brie horneado y por último patatas bravas. ¡Todos estaban muy muy buenos! También la crema catalana y la tarta de queso de Oreo estaban muy ricas. El restaurante trabajaba con una lista de espera para ser sentados, ¡nos sentaron en menos de 10 minutos (el tiempo esperado era de 30 minutos)! ¡Definitivamente valió la pena la espera!
Whilst literally opposite one of my favourite Tapas bars Lizzaran, I don't feel the two eateries will be competing that much in that the menus are sufficiently different to attract similar customers on different occasions. El dynamic remains lively and atmospheric and offers good value Tapas with something for everybody, I am happy to recommend it ...
¡Qué joya! Paramos aquí para almorzar de camino a Francia. Excelente menú y postres de morirse. Yo pedí la salchicha y papas fritas. Otros pidieron la ensalada, camarones y la hamburguesa smash que viene con una jeringa para la salsa de queso. ¡Excelente servicio! ¡La calidad también excelente!
Muy bonitas tapas, servicio amistoso y un ambiente cálido. Buena música tocó durante la cena y una factura justa. Ciertamente recomendado.

Una muy buena elección si quieres tapas/pinchos frescos y buenos. El restaurante es muy cómodo y cálido con camareros eficientes.
