El Gitano - Reservar una mesa

el gitano is our favorite place to eat when we visit bellingham (although I have just learned about wild oat and she soon has to try.) it is a classic Mexican restaurant in American style and sometimes even has a Mariachi band. there is menu a vegetarian section that can be made many elements vegan. my favorites are the tofu enchiladas without cheese or sour cream. my man gets a veggie burrito that has French fries in it. they are always fast, friendly and helpful.

after the Kovid restrictions and cross boarder again open to go his time for my favorite Mexican restaurant again. this place has some renovations since the last time that we ate in 2019. eating is only authentic mexican. are huge. recommend to all!

great Mexican food! we are here about 2 years ago and loved the place. I couldn't go back because of kovid, but could go back last night. server are super beautiful and both quantity and quality are good!

the menu has a good selection of vegetarian options that they like to customize to make vegan. excellent aromas, generous portions, and they know how to cook tofu properly!
