Un buen patacón es crujiente, hecho de plátanos verdes, luego se puede comer con todo, y digo todo, encima. Este es un patacón enorme y realmente crujiente, dije que me gusta crujiente de todos modos, la comida me pareció deliciosa, el servicio bueno, el lugar está bien, justo en la calle, pero se podría decir que es rústico entonces, me encantó la comida. No obtiene la excelente crítica debido a la situación y pensé que estaban un poco caros, pero definitivamente volvería y lo recomendaría. También sirven trucha y es muy buena, viene con el patacón más crujiente y delgado.
A good Patacon is crispy, made from green plantains..then you can eat with anything, and I do mean anything, on top. This is a huge patacon and really crispy, did I say I like mine crispy? anyway, the food I thought was delicious, the service good, the place ok, right on the road but you could say it is rustic then, loved the food. They dont get the excellent rating because of the location and I did think they were a bit overpriced, but I would definitely go back and recommend it too. They also serve trout and it is very good, comes with the crispiest thinnest patacon.
Patacon is a very local plate,p from this region of the country and is made out of plantain when is green not yellow that is used for other recipes A good Patacon is crispy, dried, hot and a little bit salty..then you can eat with any toping. What I didn't like from this restaurant was the way the served the Patacon and the food and sisters were ok... Didn't catch me at all ! Sorry but I won't go again to this place
Patacon es un plato muy típico de la región, hecho a base de plátano verde que no se utiliza en otras recetas. Un buen patacón debe ser crujiente, seco, caliente y un poco salado, al que se le puede añadir cualquier tipo de cobertura. Lo que no me gustó de este restaurante fue la forma en que preparaban el patacón y la comida en general... ¡No me convenció en absoluto! Lo siento, pero no volveré a este lugar.
