My order was delivered like this!! The plantains were not cooked well, they were filled with the sauce from the burrito and the milk jug had melted from the heat. It was unpleasant because they were spoiled. I ordered the shrimp burrito, they were so overcooked that the shrimp were even very hard. Yes, it tasted good because the sauce is good, but the texture of the shrimp, which was extremely overcooked, ruined it. It was a very unpleasant dinner when I got home after a long day at work. I ordered 2 carnitas tacos, I ordered them without onion but with cilantro and another 4 with everything and I neither added nor the other in any of the 2 orders. The ticket clearly says what we ordered but the cooks just don't read the ticket well. If I wrote it is because it is not the first time this has happened and of course it affects the way one enjoys their food. But the guys and the girl in front are very friendly. What a terrible experience I had to experience this week when a little girl started yelling at a worker with a complaint that had to do with roast beef. I don't know who that girl was but she doesn't have the character to be working there. I don't like to see people humiliated, much less in front of all their clients. Today, I had a terrible experience with the kitchen staff at this restaurant. The behavior of some of the female employees was unprofessional and unpleasant. There was a new young girl who seemed to be treated unfairly. I would consider taking legal action against them, but I am unsure of the current situation. Overall, I would rate the food as a 3, service as a 1, and atmosphere as a 2.

Great Food, Quick Service and Good Price. Several of these in and around Redwood City. We ate at two in two nights. The one on El Camino had indoor dining and high energy Mexican Music playing that we'd heard last night from our motel down the street!
