The restaurant is a small piece of Peru in the Cologne centre. We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday in a little round. In the course of the happy hour we first ordered each one a cocktail. The small appetizers and the respective main dishes as well as the desserts were excellent and very tasty, but especially authentic (Peruan South American). El jueves estuve con mi familia por primera vez. La comida era muy rica, excepto las papas que no eran frescas y más de una hora esperando nuestro pedido y los cócteles. I can only recommend El Inca. A small, cozy South American restaurant. The food is lovingly prepared and tastes great. The cocktails are also great and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
