Make sure you read the directions before you drive here. I didn’t and spent 10 minutes looking for the restaurant. It’s off the main road behind another restaurant and up a track. You walk from the car past the gardens and you can see the vegetables that you may well soon be eating. A Green oasis in the volcanic landscape. There are two eating areas in the restaurant and both look pleasant. The menu is a set menu of about five courses. The menu changes every week and for us first up was some pakoras which were lovely. Followed by a rather vegan tuna large salad then a soup which may have been the other way around. So far all of the courses were great. Then the main which was a mushroom lasag...
This was such a great experience! The food is home grown and it really shows in the taste. Vegetables have never tasted this good. The owner is lovely and works here with his 2 daughters and the staff are so passionate about what they do and take the time to explain everything to you. They really make you feel special here. We even got a tour of the gardens which have fish and turtles The set menu includes plenty of food and a chosen drink, and they provide you with as many takeaway boxes as you need to take any leftovers. Would absolutely recommend to anyone vegan or non vegan.
Hace mucho tiempo que no tengo un regalo como este restaurante. Un regalo para el paladar, para la vista, para todo. Ofrece una cocina diseñada para sorprender con un menú de degustación que cuida hasta el mínimo detalle. Experiencia 100% recomendable. También tiene un jardín que proporciona materia prima de calidad y mira el km 0 y sin gluten. Personal motivado y súper atento, explicando con pasión cada uno de los platos y preparaciones. Un placer que viene por todos los sentidos. El espacio es también de lo más auténtico y tiene un cobertizo para las cenas. Repetiremos. Claro.
I really can't stress enough how important it is that they go here when on fuerteventura! once in a lifetime culinary experience. with the garden, the fresh, local food and the most loving hostess we loved every minute of our stay and still talked about it! it is a five-course menu with a accompanied drink (but the drinks are cheap anyway, so no care). each curs had its own unique taste and we tried to taste every ingredient from these creative compositions. we let ourselves be happy with full hearts and bubs, and would have paid the price without regret. 5/5 is not enough! Amado este lugar, está inmerso en la naturaleza en el campo. Dentro tienen un jardín donde cultivan verduras, frutas y hierbas. El menú cambia cada semana. Utilizan ingredientes locales pero también algunas alternativas de carne como el heura. El costo definitivamente vale la pena considerando que también incluye vino, agua y postre. También me encantó la gente que trabajaba allí, todos eran agradables y acogedores. Definitivamente volveré en mi próximo viaje a Fuerteventura.
this place loved it, immersed in nature on the land. in the inner they have a garden where they enjoy, care and care more. the menu changes every week. they use local ingredients, but also some meat alternatives like heura. the cost it is worth definitiw considering that it also contains wine, water and dessert. I also loved the people working there, they were all nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back to my next trip to fuerteventura.
