El Local

I'm not used to getting such a high quality vegan dishes in a vegan friendly restaurant but what El Local had to offer, was better than many fine dining vegan establishments have to offer. My partner had a green tempeh with excellent peas along with refreshing salad where as I had delicious, teriyaki marinated tofu with exquisite black rice along with very savory baked cherry tomatoes. The place itself is unpretentious and cosy with mitchmatched wooden tables. The service was quick and attentive, without being overly friendly. Definitely a pleasant surprise in a internationally renown town whose only vegan restaurant closes for winter.

Vinimos dos veces en este restaurante. El tiempo de puño tuvimos el Teriyaki Vegan y la pizza sin pizza. La segunda vez, tuvimos el Bagel Burger Vegan y el Green Tempeh (y una vez más la pizza no pizza . Todo estaba delicioso y bien hecho, el jefe sabe claramente qué es un plato vegano. todos los platos veganos están claramente etiquetados en el menú. Hay un menú para el desayuno / almuerzo y otro para la cena. Lo malo es que no hay postre. De lo contrario el lugar es tranquilo y agradable.

Right outside the main center, in a quiet place. The restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine. The owner will be happy to tell you about it in perfect English. He is also able to think with what you want and can eat. I had a broschetta, heavenly and a very good pasta. The portions for lunch were more than enough. Not cheap, not expensive, and worth more than the price.

Tenía el vegan teriyaki que era deliciosas y buenas combinaciones de sabor. El propietario es muy amable y apasionado por su comida. Tenían mucho que elegir para veganos, así como tus amigos no veganos.

Could we give 5 stars. Friendly owner. Nice food! We had a special not on the menu, a cured Petersip Hummus and a Bagelburger. We were very welcome. An oasis!!!
