We did online order and were told our food was ready for pick up. When my brother went to pick up our food, the guy gave him the wrong receipt along with the wrong food. My brother asked me to send him the receipt, but the guy didn’t care and kept telling my brother the order he gave was the only one they had, and was being persistent on telling my brother to just go EVEN THOUGH MY BROTHER HAD MY RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION FOR PICKUP. He didn’t even bother helping my brother or figure out what the problem was. A little later, the waitress came and helped my brother with our food. Obviously, they made a mistake with our order prolonging the pickup. If not for the waitress, and it was just left...
This place is chalk full of charm and delicious food.El Loro has a few locations throughout the Twin Cities, but this one seems to be just a notch above the rest.The service is always good here when we've come in to dine. The food is always served hot and well seasoned.Two recommendations for meals are the Pollo Asada and the El Lindo. Both are great portions and very reasonably priced.
I usually go to this restaurant for the queso, but I've found it to be very inconsistent. It feels like they have a different person making it each day, and it often doesn't follow a specific recipe. Today, it was pretty bland and tasted mostly like watered-down cheese. Plus, be cautious with the quesadilla—it might not meet your expectations. Proceed at your own risk!
Burrito Loco offered an enormous portion filled with plenty of meat, and the rice and beans were a generous size as well. I particularly enjoyed their salsas! My only issue was that everything lacked spiciness, and there weren’t any options to add heat, like jalapeños. Additionally, they didn't separate the cheese sauce as I requested.

The dining experience was fantastic, and the service was truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My partner and I really enjoyed our time together. The next time I'm in Minnesota, I'll definitely be back here!
There is multiple of these restaurant. I asked for the cold white sauce. I got cheese sauce. Food was good though. Just disappointed. The sauce is my favorite part of the place. Chili Rellano was fantastic!
The Carnitas dinner did not come with flour tortillas to make any kind of taco The Burritos Mexicanos had a little less Cheese Dip on it than I expected 
The fajitas were perfect for lunch! I really wish they would bring back the white sauce dip for the chips, though. Overall, all the food was delicious!

Amazing food, I lived in Mexico and this restaurant is authentic. Kiddos to the owner for making it a fun, wonderful place
I love this place! The prices are reasonable, and the portions for both food and drinks are quite generous.
