The El Mariachi is in the old combery on the wool grounds. Where former wool was combed is today the Mexican restaurant and bar. At the request of our eldest daughter we were there today for your “Henkersmalzeit” because she goes to Scotland for a year. A great ambience, and then a very friendly service! After the drinks we ordered two starter plates for two people each, one in vegetarian version. When the two large plates came my wife moaned about the quantities, half would certainly have been more sensible. But if you leave something on the plate from the potato corners, the main course is still going in. That was then vegetarian Enchilada, Gambas al la plancha, Tostada con pollo and Chick...
In El Mariachi I have been several times, especially because my son likes to eat vegetarian with girlfriend there. There is now a historically interesting place, also with the surroundings of the remaining buildings from the old wool and camel yarn spinning mill. (for outside visitors: necessarily looking into the museum or looking at the power station is exciting). The place is fine, the food and the service too! Sometimes something loud through the music.
We regularly drive to El Mariachi. We always only eat Fajitas because the soo are super tasty. Therefore, I cannot judge another court: However, it is safer to reserve. Spontan didn't work for a couple of times because no more table was free. In summer you can also sit very nicely outside.
An absolutely great and accommodating restaurant with a beautiful location on the northern wool. Maybe you should work a little bit at the prices, as some drinks/food are expensive and for that it is leaner portioned, yet around a great restaurant where I would like to go again.

We are a Group of eight this evening,this Restaurant is located in an old industriell Area and has it's own Charme of the Century. The Service is very polite and friendly.But the Food is very very good if you like Burgers and Mexican Food.

i have eaten here many times and not had a bad meal the Food is very good and the staff are fun chatty and helpfull. it is set in the grounds of a old factory and it used to be the canteen years ago loverly building and a great Setting .
Very diverse menu! The food was great! The sections are very large, perhaps when ordering. Friendly and attentive service. There's nothing wrong with this place.
