Just enjoyed yet another absolutely delicious meal at El Meson on their beautiful outdoor patio. Such a treat! Everything from the warm crispy chips, tasty salsa, fresh guacamole to our stellar burritos pollo loco rated 5 stars! No wonder El Meson has such a loyal following. This place is the best! Owner Tomas his team prepare top quality authentic Mexican cuisine great friendly service in a lovely setting. And their homemade signature margaritas with fresh limes/oranges/lemons golden ingredients are, by far, better than any we have ever had in Mexico Central America as well as anywhere in U.S.! the menu is clearly marked with vegetarian options, including lean vegan friendly and rice not. I always get the veggie fajitas or the veggie fajitas yucatan and make sure to tell them not to eat, no cheese, no sour cream and extra buzz. I love the fajitas. the chips and salsa are just ok. they have a great Margarita menu. updated by previous review on 2022-02-20
many options for vegetarian, but not so many for vegan without modifications. the menu is clearly marked with vegetarian elements and the beans are vegan, but rice is not. I have the veggie fajitas. they were very good, just wished I hadn't had to order a cheese, sour cream and rice. they also have the best margaritas.
It's the first time I've been in since the remodel and it's really nice! The service is good and the menu has improved! Pictured here is the Pollo Feliz. I asked that the cheese come on the side and the flavors came through. Wonderful combination of spinach and mushrooms. Very tasty. I'll be back!
