This restaurant is conveniently located near me, and it's truly fantastic. The portion sizes and quality of food at such an affordable price are just exceptional. It's as authentic as it gets in Central New Jersey. I tried the burrito bowl, which was incredibly delicious, and their churros with condensed milk are simply heavenly. Just a heads up, they don't offer the usual beverages you might expect at a typical chain restaurant, like lemonade. Instead, they have some kind of cane sugar drink that I can't recall the name of. Came for the Taco Tuesday special and it was so good. 3 tacos for 8 dollars depending on what meat you get. I got the chicken and my brother got the al pastor. Both were really good and delicious! The red and green sauces that come with the tacos are also really good as well. Ive been here a few times and it's now my go to spot for tacos.
I tried this place for the first time today, and it was outstanding. You definitely get great value for your money, and the service was excellent. Everything was so delicious that I will definitely be returning!

El Mexicano is now my go to spot for great Mexican food. The food is always fresh/delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend it!
Best Authentic Mexican food. Came here over the weekend. Small place but workers behind the counter are so nice. A great place to eat regularly.
If you like eating in a takeout place with a very friendly woman and great Mexican food sure or just order and take it home.
