El Mirador - Reservar una mesa

Se suponía que teníamos nuestra boda en Hotel el Mirador. Sin embargo, nuestra persona de contacto en Mirador cambió y la nueva persona quería hacer cosas de una manera completamente diferente de lo que habíamos acordado previamente con el hotel. El precio de la boda fue varios miles de euros más que lo que nos dijeron al principio al firmar el contrato. Tampoco querían darnos el costo total de la boda por correo electrónico. No hasta que la boda fue demasiado tarde para cancelar. Nuestra persona de contacto en el hotel no respondió a nuestros correos electrónicos o llamadas telefónicas y no nos respetaba ni a nuestro planificador de bodas. Ni siquiera cuando volamos de Finlandia al Mirador...

I came here with my family to rest before taking the boat to morocco the next day. It was practically a disaster. First off the directions were very off, and we went to the wrong place 2 times, we can’t blame you for that though. But when we arrived, the service was taking long, poor man at the desk was awake the whole night until 10 in the morning, it costed so long until they were done booking the rooms. Next to that, the man was nice when we went to eat our breakfast. Now that i’m talking about breakfast, breakfast was very limited; toast with cheese, jam or tomato. The rooms were cold when we came in, and the airco made much noise and we couldn’t turn it off. We also heard the toilet flu...

Pasó un fin de semana allí. Habitación muy cómoda. Pity la mayoría del hotel fue mothballed debido a la plandemia. Por lo que vi sería un gran lugar para pasar más tiempo a la vez se levantan restricciones. Personal muy amable y servicial.
