El Mirador De Femes

Little gem of a restaurant with amazing views. We came two years ago and the friendly waiter put out extra tables for us so that we could enjoy the scenery. So we decided we must return,which we did on our next holiday two years later. Still the same friendly guy and delicious food with generous portions. Our son had the goat stew which he said was tasty and tender. Garlic prawns and octopus were greedily devoured by the rest of us.

On the plus side El Mirador has fantastic views of Playa Blanca and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The food, though, is pretty basic and I made the mistake of ordering the rabbit, a lot of which proved to be inedible. My wife really enjoyed the garlic chicken she had though so if you are happy to enjoy the views and are not expecting anything amazing to eat then you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent food accompanied by a splendid view towards the south of the island. Very reasonably priced menu with a good range of tapas, light snacks and fuller meals. The waiter Zacaria on both visits was very helpful and attentive. He was very tolerant of my attempts to order and speak in Spanish and provided some hints and tips.

Great food, great service! The rabbit pieces are yummy... The owner and his wife? Both very warmly wellcomed us. Even if you only want to enjoy a beer or a coffee on the terrace at sun down, you always feel appreciated. Come back for more...and often

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Stunning view of the valley looking into Playa Blanca. Grilled mussels were delicious the grilled rabbit was interesting. Tastes like chicken
