Great food! Recommend the Mexican Plate if you have trouble to decide. Big portion can easily feed two people, stop by every time if you pass Albuquerque! The desert comes with honey, which also tasty just eat it along ! The ribs and enchiladas are also great! Phone in to order make sure you tell them your parking spot number, then they deliver to your car. Super easy!

Really liked it. As a matter of fact, me and my two adult sons went back a week later on our way to the airport. Bought a bag of their frozen tamales to go...excellent tamales. This is not a fancy place, but if you like authentic Mexican food, try it out. BTW, I have no idea if the neighborhood is ok at night...we we there for lunch.

Best Tamales... Hands down!!! I am out of words to describe their Tamales. They delivered the car within 10 mins of order. Very courteous and patient to take orders and deliver the food even though there were about 30-50 cars waiting in the parking lot. The tamales were fresh, hot and quick. This is my number one Mexican spot ever

Food not as good as it used to be but better than other places I didn't like the fact that I called to place an order while I was driving and they insisted on having my credit card number i had to pull over to the side and they still didn't get it right everything is so complicated now and days Reserva una mesa ahora

Hello, this place the food is excellent. Service is always very spot on. It's a to go restaurant place you order in advance. Or just go there and pick it and and pick it up or just go there. In order it's fairly quick you're in and out and enjoying some excellent food

We had the green chile meat burrito, tacos, a tostada, a stuffed sopaipilla, and red meat tamales. All tasted fine, though not the spectacular flavor we were told they have. Friendly staff. No dine out; must pre-order by phone and receive in the parking lot.

It's always a great time eating at the El Modelo restaurant. This cuisine has been served since 1929 with this new upgraded future building towering over the old traditional style Adobe restaurant that started this great classic traditional Mexican food.

An impressive operation runs out of the large, high ceiling kitchen in the back. Efficient service and a friendly atmosphere inside. Posole is excellent, get a tamale and sopapilla too. Reserva una mesa ahora
