We visited this restaurant on the last day of our holiday, we wanted lunch as we needed to pack in the evening. Some of the reviews we read weren’t that good but we saw they did Tapas and that’s what we wanted. There were 3 of us and we ordered 3 tapas each. We all had the Cannelloni which was lovely, the meatballs in curry sauce were delicious my husband told me and came with a tiny portion of chips. We also had Empanadas and Potato croquettes, Chicken wings and some Aubergine chips, all good. The service was very good and the food presented nicely. We spoiled ourselves and ordered a couple of desserts to share, a chocolate brownie, with a white chocolate sauce and ice cream and some lemon...
Fuimos aquí en familia y probamos una variedad de platos, incluyendo la paella especialidad. En una visita anterior, sentí que la paella estaba un poco salada, pero no me molesté en decir nada. En esta ocasión teníamos mucha hambre y nos pusimos a comer la paella. Mi esposa paró antes que yo y mencionó los niveles de sal. A medida que fui más lento, también me di cuenta. Pagamos una suma considerable, que en mi opinión estaba sobrevalorada, y nos fuimos. Una vez en casa, ambos empezamos a sentir efectos negativos. Extrema sed y náuseas. Mi esposa tuvo una noche peor que yo, ya que decidí provocarme el vómito. Recién me estoy recuperando hoy. No volveremos nunca más.
La comida es excelente, el servicio es excepcional y la calidad de los productos frescos es incomparable. Las tapas estaban deliciosas, la ensaladilla rusa era una de las mejores que he probado y el arroz con bogavante no tenía comparación. El camarero nos atendió de maravilla. El ambiente sublime para disfrutar de una agradable noche de verano con buena comida y buen vino. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera.
Disappointing experience really and agree with another comment we had paella and was so salty. Food came out at different times so some of our party were waiting while others had theirs. Staff were friendly and apologetic but all in all was not a great experience so wont be going back.

Maravilloso entorno con opciones razonables de tapas pero con precios excesivos. Es de esperar en el puerto aquí, ya que Sotogrande es elegante y una zona de alto nivel. No se puede quejar de la comida, pero se debe analizar el equilibrio entre el precio y la porción.
I come to sotogrande since many years. Never had such lousy food. Paella was done with bad ingredients, no paella rice, and small portions. Tuna starter was full of 'white nerves '.. hamburger was very average. What a shame as we enjoyed this place for many years.
Lovely food lovely cuts of beef which were cooked perfectly the other meals were all delicious, the service was excellent despite being a busy Saturday evening. Will definitely return.

This restaurant has a range of Paella dishes cooked and served in traditional Paella method ,they have also some meat and fish dishes but if you are a Paella fan this is the place.
Average food. Okay service. But they will try and add overpriced charges. €12 for bread!!!?????? There are better places close by that won't rip you off.
