Bei unserem Kitzbühel-Urlaub wollten wir hier essen gehen, da das Lokal online sehr gute Bewertungen hatte. Leider war unser Erlebnis komplett enttäuschend. Als wir reinkamen, wurden wir sofort unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt, obwohl wir ganz normal und höflich nach einem Tisch gefragt haben. Uns wurde kein Essen angeboten und wir wurden praktisch beiseite geschoben. Das Schlimmste war, dass die Bedienung zu den Gästen, die nach uns hereinkamen, plötzlich extrem freundlich war. Ich schreibe ungern schlechte Bewertungen, aber so ein respektloses Verhalten gegenüber zahlenden Gästen ist absolut nicht in Ordnung. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.
So far Austria has been quite disappointing in terms of food, especially when traveling with vegetarians, since almost everything contains meat of some sort. That's part of the reason we were drawn to El Moro as they have vegetables and fish options. The staff is...Italian and very friendly, and the place smelled so good! We ordered almost all the menu, and everything was fresh, generously sized and delicious. We especially recommend the sea-bass in capers and olives, the pizza and the pumpkin ravioli. But really, everything was great. Highly recommended!
the calzone and the pizza were excellent. the crust was superior and the ingredients were tasteful. wein through the glass chianti classico and montepulciano were both good. Ich würde 0 Sterne vergeben, wenn es möglich wäre. Die Kellnerin total unhöflich und herablassend. Der Chef sollte diese Kellnerin unterweisen grundlegende Manieren an den Arbeitstag zu legen. Privat kann sie machen was sie will. Schade, färbt leider auf das ganze Lokal und das Erlebnis vor Ort ab …

Outstanding throughout! Service is brilliant, food is faultess. Can not recommend more. It's number 1 in Kitzbuhel for a reason.
