The place wasn't crowded at all. Probably 6 customers including us 2. It took 15 minutes to get watered down sugary daiquiris. The food was unseasoned, overcooked, and flavorless. The server was very unattentive and very rude when we sent our food back soin fear of retaliation, we didn't order anything else. I will never return to this location and would not recommend anyone elsewaste their time and money. Zero stars out of five. My sister concurs.
I would have given zero stars if that were an option! I ordered the simplest dish, beef nachos with tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese, but the beef was completely tasteless. They forgot to put tomatoes on my nachos, so the server brought me a bowl of them separately. I also ordered a Mello Yello, which tasted terrible. My nachos were soggy and lacked any flavor at all!
Ok for one the service here sucks they couldn't even mop up a drink off the floor we had to use napkins and do it ourselves there was things floating around in our drinks and they charged us $8 for a $5 kids burrito and they charged us $6 for a side plate of rice and beans that were supposed to come with the burrito
Service was terrible they were staring and someone had spilt their drink in my group they didn't even make it a priority i understand that it not top priority but we had asked for a mop 3 times and no body would bring one we had employees staring at us as we were finishing our meal Reserva una mesa ahora
We decided to try El Nopal after noticing a long wait at Uplands. The restaurant was quite empty. The Mexican food was mediocre, but unfortunately, it resulted in food poisoning that lasted from that night into the following day.
I wish I had taken photos of food and drinks. But I inhaled it before I could. Great food with great drinks as always. And the service is always great as well. El nopal will always be my favorite!
The food was very satisfying, with generous portions. The service was quick and attentive. The steak fajita was definitely worth it.
