El Nuevo - Reservar una mesa

A pretty little restaurant which is sure to lure you in should you be passing down the main street of Luchon. However, I have been twice now (the second time to give it another chance)......the service is dreadful!!! It could be down to dis-interest, lack of training or simply not enough staff.....the second time we ordered, it took over an hour....and it wasn't much better the first time! The food is OK - nothing special. This restaurant needs to evaluate itself now - does it really want to serve the public with good food and good service - Yes or No? If No, it might as well close it's doors now and save the public the time and trouble. I am sorry if this review is harsh....I really hope th...

Ate here twice during our week's stay. We only had pizza on both visits but enjoyed them all . Service good and staff friendly. The restaurant looks small from outside but loads of sitting outback.

In a town where it is almost impossible to get a dinner at a time you want to eat this was a refreshing change, it was buzzy and nice, good service and a quality pizza. Recommended.
