My wife and I were visiting from out of town, and this place was recommended by an associate. The exchange between us and the employees: Upon entering, we were impressed by the variety of choices HOWEVER we were put off by the rudeness of a few employees of the establishment. To be fair, not all of them were abrasive. All of them seemed reluctant to engage because we didn 't speak Spanish, which was disappointing. The object of any business is to collect US Currency (at least I thought) whether the patron speaks Spanish should be irrelevant. This seems to only matter to El Palacio de Los Jugos if you are of Hispanic descent. The food and value: They offer a lot of food. The price seems fair a...

This food lives up to all the hype and this is the reason for the 5 stars. I saw the store front on the side of the road on our way to the Everglades and insisted that we try it. OMG it was amazing. Cafeteria style service, and clean, clean, clean, super fresh and flavorful. The take out containers were heaped with food. I ordered a “completo” with oxtail, yucca and a mixed rice. My husband, a container of lechón and a bag of the most delicious chicharrón. We were blown away. I couldn’t finish and we brought it back to the hotel for dinner. We will be back for juices, sandwiches, and those desserts wow! We sat in a small area outside. I didn’t see any indoor tables.

Another Cuban/Latin Eatery in Miami. Good food, Great Juices. Everything clean, Food looks and tasted Amazing. But the young woman behind the counter wasn't friendly. No smile. I felt like she was thinking: Give me your order and get out. Latin Eateries are usually very friendly. They want you back. I may give it another shot when I'm back in that area, but she won't be serving Me.

The food is OK... but fat from great .. I got a skirt stake... it was not well grilled.. it remained chewie.. hard to eat. The plantains were fine ... the rice with veggies was 97 rice... veggies were more a theory... still the juices are ok.. still, I can't say that I will recommend this place...
