This restaurant definitely has potential, but under the current ownership, it won't survive much longer. We visited on a Tuesday evening for dinner before an engagement. Initially, we waited a long time at the patio entrance with others, but no one came to seat us, so we decided to walk in and sit at the bar. Once there, we found ourselves with no server attending the bar and several other patrons waiting for service as well. After about 15 minutes, we finally received our drinks, but still no one took our food orders. We waited another 20 minutes without any opportunity to order. During our wait, multiple people approached the bar asking to be seated, as there was no staff available to ass...

Well me n my daughter went to this place to try it out because we always go to the one on Harvard so we waited for 25 min just to get checked in and all the workers just passed us n just looked at us and didn't even ask us any questions at all and it didn't feel very welcoming as Hispanic folks so we waited 5 more min and nothing so we started to walk out and two others walked up and they got helped asap as soon as they hit the door so I don't know if the workers were racist or just didn't want to acknowledge us and it seemed all white ppl here from where I stood no disrespect because I ain't racist but as Hispanics we felt like we weren't welcomed here no help nothing didn't get to eat here...

Furthermore, the patio needs a thorough cleaning; it could really benefit from a good scrubbing with soap and a hose down. The tables also need a good wipe down. We had to wait a while to be seated and felt completely ignored until then—there was no greeting or even a “I’ll be with you shortly.” It seemed like the staff would rather be elsewhere; they used to have friendly, cheerful employees. This used to be our favorite restaurant, but it has rapidly declined, and it’s disappointing to see. I really hope they can turn things around because the place has a lot of potential.

Relaxed outdoors dining that allows one to feast on New Mexican foods that are consistent, full of flavor and reasonably priced. Weekend evenings tend to be busy with a standing wait outside, not a big ordeal. Weekday feasting has a minimal wait. Highly recommend just going to try everything. Three thumbs up.Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes can be considered vegetarian if one desiresParking: Parking is adjacent to the restaurantKid-friendliness: Very child friendlyWheelchair accessibility: It is accessible and reasonable Reserva una mesa ahora

The best authentic NM food in town. If you want fast food go to Chipotle. This is the real deal NM food with amazing ambiance, service, drinks, and food! We appreciate the bartender Chris and the dog friendly patio. The atmosphere here is laid back and unhurried. They have the best margaritas and use top notch fresh ingredients. We always bring our out of town friends here and love it for a date night.Vegetarian options: Appreciate their attention to vegetarian preferences!Kid-friendliness: Very kid and dog friendly

Waited an hour to get our food. Wait staff don't help each other out if one has a big table. Being understaffed doesn't mean that other orders get dropped. Three tables that were after us got seated, served and were practically out the door before we got our food. Not coming back and would not recommend. I don't think they would care if we came back or not.

Not happy with my experience. Ordered the fish tacos and the coleslaw on them was rotten and made the whole dish smell foul; I was sick for two days. Despite horrible service, I still tipped 20%, but noticed more money was added to my card for the tip after the fact. Can't believe it was over $100 for two people.

The food at El Patio is fantastic. They didn’t have queso, so we just ordered salsa instead. They also brought out guacamole on the house, and it was delicious! Reserva una mesa ahora
