I orde two order of nachos and two orchatas this is the second time I ordered me and my co worker got sick. Plus customer service it's the worse. The orchata taste it's the worse really sweet not enough Ice to get it cold. I request Ice and the girl said they didn't have enough ice.!! Really how can a restaurant not have enough Ice I call to speak to the manager 3 times and they said he was not there. . This restaurant needs better cookers or change the manager That will take customer service serious. I'm a manager we're I work our customer comes first.
We visited on Mother's Day 2024 around 3 PM and anticipated a long wait, but it turned out that we arrived after the busy rush. We waited about 20 minutes for a table. Our server was a lovely young woman who was pregnant and very polite. I ordered the campechana, and it was just the right portion for me. It was delicious!
Waited for more than 20min to be seated. Restaurant was empty. Waitress kept saying wait to be seated while on her phone. Today I remembered why we don’t come here anymore. Service needs to improve, no reason to have a nasty attitude.

Terrible, the waiters are very arrogant, they ignore you, they don't ask you if you need anything else, you ask them for something, they bring it to you 15 minutes later, terrible service.
