Delicious…Attended a party were they catered and the food was amazing. Great portion size, delicious taste, and very nice presentation. I’ve eaten at the restaurant and it is amazing would highly recommend it. The ambiance, the eclectic decor, the delicious food and professional service makes this restaurant a little gem in Miami Lakes.

We had a wonderful dinner at El Pimento. The owner, Veruska, came over to speak with us, and you can really see how much pride she takes in her cooking. Our server was very attentive, which made for an enjoyable experience. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We highly recommend this restaurant!

I have been enjoying their paella for years, and it’s simply fantastic. The atmosphere is delightful, and what stands out the most is that it’s a family-owned restaurant run by Veruska. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy, paying incredible attention to detail.
