BiG Mistake listening to Foodies on Instagram, Never again!! Drove from Upland to Anaheim over 1 1/2 hour round trip only to be so Disappointed with this place “Pollo Fino”! People YOU must read and believe what you read on these reviews, I can’t stress this enough! I got the whole Chicken dinner with medium rice refried beans and salsa for $30. None of this food had any flavor, taste, spice or anything Mexican Food about it, just very Bland and Flavorless. The one guy behind the register taking orders was very rude, loud and disrespectful Not friendly at all. The entire lobby, restroom tables and floors were dirty and disgusting. Used to come here all the time and never had any issues... until one day we ordered 2 whole chickens to-go that were probably sitting out for hours if not days. The entire family got food poisoning. We spent the better part of the morning hours going in and out of the bathroom to relieve ourselves. Probably will never order food from here as it left a bad impression from that day. The chicken hasn't always been my thing but my mom really liked it so we would buy some like once a month.I won't speak about any of the other food because I have not purchased or tried any other food items except the chicken. The tall guy working as cashier is very rude disrespectful. He yells at customers has a really bad attitude. We purchased a full chicken family meal he didn’t give us a full breast, he just gave us one half breast he cut that in half then got very angry when we mentioned it to him. He probably used the other breast that we purchased to sell another meal, that’s stealing from food from customers that paid for a full chicken. We also ordered large order of beans the container was mostly full of water hardly any beans, again stealing food from customers not giving us the food that we paid for. We will never go back.

It's one of those hole in the walls that has really good and very affordable food there's street tacos are totally affordable I think a $99 and they're really really good I love this place to go here all the time.Food: 5/5
