I placed an order earlier today (1&2 picture is the hair ball and the amount I paid) and when I got home to enjoy my pollo saltado I seen a hair ball right on top of my plate . The food isn?t cheap here so I expect a quality meal and also for all their employees to wear a hair net NO EXCEPTIONS! This isn?t the first time something like this happens at this location . Their picante de mariscos is our go to dish. The soup is also great. I usually call ahead when I do take out around lunch hour to avoid the wait. I was there at 11 today and there were already a few tables seated and 3-4 to go orders in line already. The food is great as usual. The only downside of taking it to go is the bottom of the two containertend to get smashed on the way home. It gets quite messy We have been going to this location for many years now. The

Good food but was served by one waiter who never came back. We ordered 1/2 chicken which we did not receive and had to cancel.since we were done with our meal. The chicha was amazing.
