The chicken pieces tend to be much smaller than other places. The chicken is dry and sometimes burnt. Food is overpriced for the quality and quantity one receives. Very disappointing. This place used to have higher standards. The churros are definitely not worth the purchase they are dry as rocks and have no taste! One could easily break a tooth on biting into one if one is not cautious El Pollo Loco should not be selling churros.

I ordered a chicken salad and they gave me a taco salad, I also ordered a tortilla soup that only seemed like water, they put a little chicken and some other vegetables in it, it didn't even have a little salt : also the chicken in the combo that I ordered super dry :
