Today around at night in this crazy chicken location they gave me a cold and dry chicken I realized it was a shame I got home they have 0 in service and I am a consumer of this business for more than 8 years try to maintain a quality as well as you raised. the prices I am writing to the manager of this location
I ordered my food and my avocado was brown, I had asked for red and green salsa and ended up getting just green and I ended up getting food poisoning and getting really sick from their food I don’t recommend coming here the service sucked and so did the food it’s self.
The staff here are incredibly kind. They are great listeners, patient, and work efficiently. Tristan, the manager, really goes the extra mile. The property is well-maintained, both inside and outside, which makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.
Pollo Loco, it's Pollo Loco and they adhere to their menu, and because that , it's always guaranteed, no surprises. If you liked it the first time, you will like it the 2nd, the 3rd, 4th and always.Prices are affordable even for a big family.Enjoy Reserva una mesa ahora
I enjoy visiting this restaurant because it has a warm atmosphere and I've never had any problems with my orders. My favorite dishes are the grande avocado bowl and the double chicken bowl! Thank you for your excellent service, Pollo Loco!
Food was cold, and sloppy, when I asked about why the food was under cooked, I was told that's how it comes... no effort was made to make it right! Just a blank stare, and some negative attitude! I won't be back : ever :
I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and they have the best customer service plus it’s very fast as well. I always get the double chicken tostada or their new birria burrito box, it’s the BEST!
I had a really disappointing experience with the service. The drive-thru staff were quite rude, and whenever I order through Uber Eats, my salsa is always missing, even though it's listed on the receipt. Reserva una mesa ahora
