El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

Staff that work at this Pollo Loco seem to not understand what is said or requested. Orders are almost always incorrect. I order a Pollo bowl with easy black beans. I repeated myself after she review the order and said easy black beans, a little bit of beans. When I received my order the pollo bowl looked like Bean soup. It was full of beans with almost no rice. ?? Not the first time it happens. Almost every time I order here the order is incorrect.

Slow service, not enough staff to take your order. Staff are overwhelmed by internet orders. I am very dissapointed by lack of service and sanity. 20 minutes to get a pollo bowl! Also, the food is delicious but as a company Ell Pollo Loco pollutes our oceans and planet earth by using plastic bowls and lids. I hope this company one day can change and offer bio degradable bowls and salsa cups and lids abd show their support for planet earth!

I see these on tv n they look good, but after picking up our food n see this... sadly sad, I pray for the person who prepares this order. I hope it's better at the end of the shift. I hope next time I can get some taquitos as the ad shows.

I like it close to me, but I can't eat inside, the smell is too strong for me, so I take my order to go. sometimes I find missing articles on it so I have to come back in.

This place is good til if you don't ask for Gravy. But half the kind of Mac n cheeses and mash really? Not only that..it seems like they don't give receipts..
