El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

They did not make what I specifically ordered online. The meat was not cooked properly.The worst part was that when I reported it to the manager he only apologized and offered nothing in return.So I guess it meant too bad you didn't like your food but we are not going to replace it for you...!

The website lies about their closing time, it says they close at 11 but by the time I get here they're already closed, they need to update their website, this is

This might just the cleanest El Pollo Loco I've ever been in. The staff are always courteous and seem genuinely happy to serve you.
