I found no welcome here from all of the people that were on the other side were employees here I did make a complaint and a request that they need to fix the table and I did this for the next customer that would sit on the table and realize that their table their food and their time just fell on the ground and if it was somebody older that wasn't so bendable and flexible what if there was an elderly or handicapped person that was by themselves that had a spill the money and the time on the line and with customer service that doesn't want to listen to you and pay attention to in regards to put up a sign if the table doesn't work I can move it aside why put it broken table for somebody to eat...
This is the worst product, chicken is over cooked, i am reminded again why i dont like Pollo Loco anymore. Pollo Loco cashier needs to take a customer service class. She talked to me like i was bothering her. Waste of my money and time. I regret eating here because when i leave popeyes or KFC i leave happy. Here, I left dissatisfied.
Today is Monday, and the restaurant wasn't busy, but the cashier provided slow service and had an attitude. I've decided to find another place to eat. Additionally, the cashier held onto my receipt when I called for it, which meant I didn't have to prove my order. Make sure to always get your receipts!

my order had some very good chicken crispy skin, moist and tasty. my only problem with this place is that they no longer have Mexican drinks on the fountain machine. very slight complaint
Very rude employees and manager doesn't do her job. Let's these young girls act dumb and cuss. Food was nasty and broccoli was brown and raw. Place is not even clean.
This location had terrible customer service. Tried to charge us for something that other locations do charge. This use to be a great location but management changed.
The price was a bit on the higher side, and she handed me my food without any spoons, as if I could eat my rice and beans that way, haha!
