Soda Machine didn't work all the soda was grossly watered down and there was no ice. I notified an employee that all the soda was watered down and she already knew it was thankfully she gave us soda ice from the drive thru area but the guy who gave us our cups didn't mention anything about it. Also waited 20 minutes for food only for the food to be missing the sauce it comes with. Terrible experience.
Ordered through the drive thru, stated my order properly and went to pay and pick up. My order was totally incorrect after letting them know two times what I was ordering. From my observation, he looked to occupied flirting with coworker. Had to reverse back for a spoon, he acted like I was bothering him. Usually don't get this service from here but most of been one of those days.
There is an incompetent drive-through team at this Pollo Loco (and many others) that never gets the sauces requested correctly. 95% of the time, I mistakenly receive pico de gallo when I specifically request red hot spicy sauce. Please train your staff on basic salsa terminology!

I got a four piece chicken dinner and there was not one piece of meat that you can actually eat because it was so dried out. Unbelievable that they have people working there and don't care what the food tastes like.
This is NOT the EPL to visit. EVERY task the staff performs is a MAJOR issue. Their attitudes are VERY UNWELCOMING!!!!!! My Wife I will visit the EPL on Schafer Euclid in Chino from here on out. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
I was really pleased that my two-piece breast and wing meal was not dry. Usually, the breast is tough and hard to chew and swallow about nine times out of ten, but this time it was fantastic.

Ordered poblano Chile quesadilla and the chicken soup. ThevSoup had no flavor. Glad I took it home I enhanced the flavors myself. The quesadilla was good.
