I gave this place some attempts, but after tonight I'm done. Drive the additional distance to Yorba Linda. The worst thing I've ever had. Tasteless, dry, the Cole was slow old, sloppy packaging. Terrible food! No napkins or cutlery were also included. When this franchise was mexican, it was delicious. How do I know? I worked in a South Gate and ate chicken for 1 1/2 years a day. That was a good chicken! Will never buy it again.

Chicken so delicious. Portions generous, shared 4 piece meal with friend and both full after meal. Soda well drinks, cherry coke, root beer was the bomb. Brought back memories. Booths and table seating. Very clean. Staff friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend this El Pollo Loco gladly. Make healthy choices. ??

Here is a picture of the rock hard piece of chicken that was in my Pollo Bowl. Skip this place as this was the replacement bowl for the first one that was even worse!

I ordered the grand avocado shell and I asked to be added shrimp and I got dried shrimp?? Definitely won?t back to this place!
