El Pollo Loco - Reserva de mesa

I just pulled up and they?re closed (indoor and drive thru). It is now 8:22. They have a sign on the door that says they close at 10pm, and google also shows that this location closes at 10pm. This the second time I come to this location and they are closed earlier than what their posted hours say. I feel like this location needs to work on their messaging of the hours. I understand if updating your hours online may take a few days to update, but don?t have a sign on your door that completely contradicts with your ?hours?. I've been going to this Pollo Loco since I moved to Fontana 15 years ago, and I've always valued the clean and pleasant atmosphere along with the quick service. The staff consistently works hard to offer excellent service. Are they flawless? No. Do they make errors? Yes, but who doesn’t? They are just ordinary people dealing with challenges like everyone else, especially during the pandemic. Overall, they consistently serve delicious food and provide great service, which has always been my experience with them.

EPL usually delivers quality service, but I've encountered some issues with their chicken availability at this location. On two occasions, when I visited the drive-thru, I was informed that they only had leg and thigh pieces available. Most recently, I was told that there would be a wait of 30-40 minutes for any chicken at all. I would rate this experience with one star; however, I understand that staffing may be a challenge. I hope they can resolve these issues soon because I truly enjoy EPL.

The driving experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the attitude of one of the female staff members. I specifically requested only green salsa for a family dinner, and she provided just a single small container—literally just one—for a meal with 16 pieces. Reserva una mesa ahora

this was the best food I have ever ate since I have been california I am from louisiana and we know the taste of and we also know if it has the right season right taste omg you will always have me as regular costume . thank you delicious food .

Food was great, but they never seem to understand when you ask for hot sauce you are not asking for that tomato purée they have. Other than that I would give a five star, but this happens every time.

Finally a day I go to Pollo Loco that my order was not made incorrectly. Only because my wife loves this place regardless of the errors. Food is always delicious.

Good food, but very SLOWW. to go my order. You make the ride first and go to the last. 7 plus staff have 1 checkout for a walk.
