Pollo Loco was short staff so they closed at 7:00, but nevertheless they accepted online orders. And if I don't harass them and harass them for information and help them get them?t automatically issue refunds for online order, they can't fulfill. And the staff didn't know what to do or what to say that night. Horribler customer service. All these fast chains are guided by children. I was very clear about communicating with someone to help me with a refund because they don't turn off their online orders, and now I have to play a follow-up game. Had a good experience. The crew member that took our order was nice and welcoming. We ate in and I noticed some great teamwork with the person who took our order and the cook. I had never seen that kind of communication, when some one would place an order that had a specific requirement in regards to pieces and type the cashier would ask the cook if such order can be fulfilled. If the cook gave the okay then the person taking the order would processed. That communication was wholesome. Would definitely visit again.

Elpollo loco store 5918. at 2258 s. Atlantic Blvd Monterey park CA 91754..bad store ..I ordered food paid..after waiting long time they said no onions as I ordered...so I cancelled the order asked for my money...she said wait for manager..I waited 25 minutes to get my refund. And the refund was not accurate...I want compensation for my time and loss of money...aggravation..this elpollo loco shameful..people walk in without masks....people in store eating. Yelling...throwing up food disgusting...

On 03 27 at 8: 21 They refused to sale a skinless boneless breast meal. Apparently the mananger told the worker cashier not to sale that. It hard to tell names none have name tags . She was the Manager no name tag

The customer service was excellent, and the food quality met my expectations, as always, from this grocery store. The restroom was clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant enough for a quiet meal.

We have been coming to this El Pollo Loco location for many years we can remember. We enjoy the chicken well prepared cook and we enjoy their other items like the Pollo bowl and the tosdada salad.

This is a tiny restaurant that often has a long line stretching out the door at noon. The manager worked hard to accommodate everyone. The food is quite good!

This place is on a hill... I had a very soupy salad. It cost $10, and I couldn't even finish it.
