El Pollo Loco - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a large chips and guacamole, but didn’t receive my chips. I also requested 4 salsas but only got 2. It was extremely disappointing to get home and discover that $5 worth of my order was missing. I won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered 2 crispy tacos and got instead 2 soft tacos that taste like paper and can't be eaten as a taco because the tortilla is so wet (from the chicken juice? that it's slimy and in pieces. What a waste of money, will not return.

I really like coming to this restaurant, the service is fast and the restaurant is always clean and the music is good. Damaris and Mike's service is excellent.

It had a strange smell inside the place... although it has very strong air, it still feels smell.
