El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

I have placed an online order for board pickup. I waited for 10 minutes on board after I let the restaurant know I was there and nobody ever came out. I finally decided to go and asked to say in an rude tone that I had to wait 30 minutes because they had no chicken in a chicken restaurant. Their lack of proper management and professionalism has been shown best. I went on to cancel my order by e-mail because they refused to help me with the cancellation, say that I placed it through the app, not the restaurant. The worst customer helped me

I'm in the area because I order the work from here delivery. The delivery was pretty fast. I order 2 churros, 1 chicken thighs, taco combo and shrimp taco. The food was very cold, which makes me believe it wasn't fresh. The yarns were overcooked and too much coleslaw, churos were ok, chicken legs bearish every meat and cold and the tacos tasted the chicken strange. So is not good for a pollo asado place. But now a day restaurant doesn't care about quality. In no case do I send my truckdriver scholarship holders

Second time here. First time was good which was a few months ago. This time we ordered the 8pc and we got what looked like pigeon not chicken. Pieces were ridiculously small and super overcooked. 4 of the pieces we couldn?t even put enough salsa to cover the dryness. So we took them back and the whole crew looked at us like we were about to rob the place. Manager rolled her eyes.

I got the 8 pieces of food deal. The chicken was overtaken. So dry that it was leather. The pinto beans are very simple. The salad was shredded salad and avocado with a tasteless/drilling dressing. But the potatoes were AMAZING. Not worth the price. Did you hear about the season?

I love getting the Chicken Pazole from here. Always hot and delicious. Especially on a cold night. My wife likes the Grande Chicken Avocado Bowl. She has celiac disease and its Gluten free.
