El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

I'm so glad to make this review. Like all restaurants, there are bad days and good days. I even value my favorite places on both types of days. Tonight I came to the Crazy Chicken. I usually make a special request to my chicken. It's not usually cooked like that. Not tonight. You did fantastic.y chicken looked like you took it from a commercial. This location is extremely clean, dined in and was amazed at how neat and kept the dining area was. The foundation station was not dirty. The service was okay, they prepared my food very quickly though. Food tasted good and was as ordered. Overall, enjoyable experience eating at this particular pollo loco. Would come back since they offer fast service, good flavored food, and reasonable prices.

During my last visit, the syrup for the Kokakola had gone out. The manager was there at the front counter and I asked if they could fix it. She said, sure, but never went back to do it or transfer the task to someone else. I wanted a refill on my Coca Cola before I left. Pretty embarrassing.

Great guy Matthew took my order and was friendly enough to bring forward to not go thru drive thru.........our truck driver appricate this Arta help in food late night when everything is closed for internal orders. ...

Good service very clean El Pollo Loco! Near the 10 motorway for easy access for commuters.
