Giving it a 3 Rating because my salad was better then It looked. I paid for double chicken, which to be honest it didn 't appear as. The avocado for the most part had the black bruising on it. It was my first time ordering through the app (which lagged). I specified how many and which type of salsas I wanted. Cool they ask! ..they will have them ready to go with my order(I thought). Wrong!. I pulled up into the drive thru line because there were no cars in line to pick up my online order. I don?t ever do reviews, however this is my third bad experience with this store. The Supervisor was disrespectful! Although, I may have been petty about the Cilantro dressing but twice I was short on a little wetness on my salad. After my previous tripwhen I requested an extra dressing along with other condiments I was never advised of the extra charge of only .40 cent.? Itwasn?t the .40 cent but it was the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. And my Daughter wants me to include that The Supervisor threw ?mylittle coupon? down.
Rude enough to shake their finger at me like a dog attempting to communicate that they are closed. Representatives wouldn?t come to the door explaining why they blocked off the drive through and closed at 9:30 when both online and their window said closedat the 10:00. No manager on site. So disrespectful. Always shady closing and hour ahead of time.. wont be spending my money hereanymore!!
Everyone here has been nice since I started going a few yrs ago as I work close by.. but has the portion of chicken reduced on tostada salad or pollo bowls? I know times are rough all around but still a good choice to order food from ??

I always have a good experience at El Pollo Loco, chicken is done just right and Teresita is always helpful. The side orders are delicious not to mention the hot sauces. Too bad they did away with the black beans.
This was my first visit to El Pollo Loco, and I was very impressed. The service was excellent, and the cashier was incredibly friendly. I really appreciated the fantastic service!
We were pleasantly surprised how nice and helpful the cashier was. We're use to rude cashier where we live (citrus heights). Our food came fast! This is the place to eat!
